The Bradford Bog People play lively foot stomping traditional music of the Appalachian Mountains, from Eastern Kentucky, the Virginias, Ozarks, and North Carolina, performed on banjo, fiddle, mandolin, and guitar. Their music features rhythmic clawhammer banjo and fiddle (dance tunes), unusual fiddle tunes played in archaic tunings, and ballads. Woody Pringle is an award winning banjo player who plays old-time fiddle and mandolin. Beth Eldridge has been a fiddler for more than half her life. She studies with Master fiddler Alan Block she also sings and creates beautiful harmonies. Tii McLane adds to the vocal harmonies and plays fiddle, banjo and guitar to complete the band. The mission is to play great old-time music for fun, entertainment, and education.
