Acoustic Gypsy Jazz Power Trio Ameranouche features the melodic virtuosity of guitarist Richard Sheppard. This trio, with it’s two French acoustic Gypsy jazz guitars and upright bass, is a winner of Best of New Hampshire awards and veterans of the famed Newport Jazz Festival.
Together, this rip-roaring ensemble is a super force of hot acoustic jazz. All played on acoustic instruments, the music is rhythmic, vigorous and strangely elegant. It’s hard to believe only three people are creating such a big sound. The group tours nationally, year-round.
