Prayuth Naduthota, a student at Brandeis University, learned flute from renowned professional flute player Sri Mysore A. Chandan Kumar. Prayuth started his early flute lessons at the age of 9 and played in several places in New England such as The Peabody Essex Museum. Prayuth also played for fund raising for hospitals, temples, cultural associations; he played solo concerts as well as accompaniment in NY, NJ, CT and OH.

Ullas Rao may look young but he is old in experience, having been a Carnatic vocalist and mridangist since he was five years old. When he was thirteen he was awarded the prestigious M. S. Subbulakshmi award. In 2009 his teacher, Pravin Sitaram, and he were awarded a “master-apprentice’ program grant by  Massachusetts Cultural Council as part of recognizing “Keepers of Tradition”.
