BRISTOL, NH – On Tuesday, June 30, 2015, Slam Free or Die continues its popular Roadshow open mic poetry series at The Back Room at the Mill! This event is the last Tuesday of every month, now through September and will have an open mic each night, followed by either a featured poet or a poetry slam. This month we're having our first-ever Sweet Tooth Poetry Slam!
The event will be held at The Back Room at the Mill (at The Mill Fudge Factory) 2 Central Street in Bristol, NH. Doors open and sign-ups begin at 7pm and the open mic will begin at 8pm with the slam immediately following the open mic. There is a $3 cover.
About THE SWEET TOOTH POETRY SLAM
This will be like a normal poetry slam (3 minute time limit, all poems must be original, etc) but with a twist! There is a $5 buy-in to get into the slam and the winner will take home all the cash and 1 pound of gourmet The Mill Fudge Factory fudge!! (runners up will receive 1/4 pound).
