No Dogs On Grass

An evening of original song. Singer-songwriters Doug Hazard and Roger Sorlien are teaming up for a collaboration of original songs Joining them will be their favorite bassist and sound engineer Dick Hodges who will be performing on both bass and soundboard for this show. With the Starlight Honeys, Roger’s song Ten Rod Road was the 2016 song of the year for the WMWV songwriting contest.

Doug Hazard started writing songs when he was about 14 years old, which is a long time ago now. By the time he was 18 he’d sold two of them to April-Blackwood Music in NYC, and met the author of “Wild Thing.” He also wrote and performed songs for two short-subject films that played nationally.
