Samantha Tracy is a 24-year-old Sandwich New Hampshire native and a decidedly fine folk singer and multi-instrumentalist. Sam is equally adept singing lead and harmony vocals; and as a self-taught picker she plays banjo and guitar. Sam performs as a soloist, as a founding member of the band The Starlight Honeys, and with her own Friends of Sam Band. In 2016, The Starlight Honeys were announced the winners of 93.5 WMWV's Song of the Year Award. Sam has played multiple times at the Back Room at the Mill in Bristol, the Ossipee Valley Music Festival, has opened for the Honey Dewdrops, Stray Birds, Joe K. Walsh and Antje Duvekot, and has performed with the IBMA award-winning Gibson Brothers.
